Dr Peter Waller will join Swissport as chief financial officer, taking over from Dr Christian Göseke on 1 September.

He will join from CEVA Logistics where he served as chief financial officer, overseeing performance improvements and managed the IPO.

Waller has also served as chief financial officer at Eurofins Scientific and spent over eight years with Thomas Cook Group in London and Frankfurt.

Among the roles at Thomas Cook, Waller was chief financial officer of the online division, M&A and investor relations director and group financial controller for Condor, the group’s German airline.

He will take up the role of executive vice president and chief financial officer of Swissport International on 1 September, reporting to chief executive officer Eric Born.
