Maria brings extensive experience across both publicly listed and private equity–owned companies, having held a range of senior finance and commercial leadership roles spanning multiple sectors.

She joins Swissport from the Adecco Group — a leading international provider of integrated talent solutions listed on the SIX Swiss exchange with operations in 60 countries. Since 2022, she has been Group Senior Vice President and Global Head of Finance of Adecco, the holding’s largest business unit with annual revenues of €18 billion. Warwick Brady, Swissport’s CEO, said: “I am delighted that Maria will be joining our executive leadership team. She is an accomplished CFO with a proven track record of heading major transformations across multinationals in a wide range of sectors. Swissport’s unique business model has delivered industry leading financial results with record revenues and margin driven by strong organic growth and business transformation.
