Deutsche Post DHL Group celebrates Top Employer awards

Deutsche Post DHL Group  has been certified as Top Employer 2020. The Top Employer Institute’s Global Certification Programme annually certifies and recognises companies who demonstrate a continuous commitment to providing the best working conditions for their employees at country level. For this award, each certified business unit at DPDHL Group went through a multi-stage certification programme in which various categories were audited and evaluated by independent experts. According to the institute all units – namely Post & Parcel Germany, DHL Supply Chain, DHL Global Forwarding, Freight and DHL Express – are top performers in the areas of “Talent Strategy” and “Culture” as well as “Learning & Development.”

“We are extremely proud to be named as Top Employer in 75 countries worldwide,” says Thomas Ogilvie, board member for HR at Deutsche Post DHL Group. “Our employees are our biggest asset and the most essential component to our business. We provide them with an environment in which they feel respected, and are actively encouraged to unlock their full potential. Building on the independent review by the Top Employers Institute, we want to identify optimisation potential and on this basis continuously develop further.
