I knew from the age of 13 that I wanted to be in sales. I’ve always loved the energy of building connections and creating value — and I’ve never regretted that passion.

What’s the biggest change you’ve seen in the industry?
Technology has changed almost everything — from visibility to efficiency — but what really stands out is how collaboration and trust have become just as important as systems and speed.

What’s one buzzword you secretly dislike?
«Think outside the box». I think we’ve overused the box — maybe it’s time we just built a better one.

Window or aisle seat?
Definitely window.

What’s the best business lesson you’ve learned the hard way?
You don’t grow by getting it right — you grow by learning from what went wrong.

King of Sweden – Carl XVI Gustaf.

A knife, a water purifier, and a satellite phone — survival first, connection second.

The Bridge. (Bron in Swedish)

What’s the most exciting place you’ve visited for work?
Baku, Azerbaijan.

Singapore Changi — I like it for its efficiency, comfort, and overall passenger experience.

If air cargo had a mascot, what would it be?
I think it would be a cheetah — fast, agile, and always on the move, just like air cargo.

I’d choose Alexandre Dumas for his incredible imagination, Leonardo da Vinci for his brilliance and curiosity, and Napoleon Bonaparte for his boldness and strategic mind. The conversation would be fascinating!

When I was 46, I graduated from a construction college with a specialisation in painting — proving it’s never too late to learn something new.

Through humanity, mutual respect, and the desire to move forward together.

Hydrating face spray.

What would your autobiography be called?
Adventurous journey.

Cats or dogs?
Cats. I have the cutest cat on Earth called Winnie von Wine. I named her Winnie von Wine because she has an “M” on her forehead — which looks like a “W” upside down — and when she was a kitten, she tried to jump into my wine glass. It seemed like the perfect name for such a mischievous little aristocat!

Early riser or night owl?
Early riser.

The best purchase I’ve ever made was a house with a view of meadows and a river — an inspiring sight that changed with every season.
