Korean Air Cargo and Uzbekistan Airways sign agreement

Korean Air Cargo and Uzbekistan Airways have signed a cooperation agreement, which will see cargo moved to Iran via Tehran’s Imam Khomeini International Airport.

The agreement sees the carriers moving freight within Korean Air Cargo’s network, which would be transported to Tehran via Uzbekistan Airways’ Navoi hub.

Korean Air Cargo already partners with Uzbekistan Airways to feed cargo into Frankfurt Airport, and by the end of April will be able to use the airline’s twice weekly service to Tehran with one of its 767-300 Freighters.
