The Cargo Connections London gathering strengthens global partnerships

The 2025 Cargo Connections Annual Assembly in London proved a remarkable three-day occasion that seamlessly combined business, networking, and celebration.

Held from 29–31 October 2025 at the Park Plaza Victoria Hotel, the event welcomed members from across the globe for an engaging programme of meetings and social gatherings. Situated within walking distance of Westminster, Buckingham Palace, and the West End, the venue offered delegates the perfect setting to experience London’s charm while forging new business relationships.

Welcome Games & Dinner Night
Festivities opened with a lively Welcome Games & Dinner Night, where guests enjoyed a glass of prosecco before entering an entertaining casino-themed arena featuring Roulette, Blackjack, and Wheel of Fortune, hosted by professional croupiers. Delegates also tried their luck at Shuffleboard, collected personalised caricatures, and captured moments at the Magic Mirror photo booth. The evening concluded with a three-course dinner and open bar, setting a warm and sociable tone.

Productive 1-2-1 Meetings

Across the next two days, delegates engaged in over 25 structured one-to-one meetings, strengthening existing partnerships and developing new business opportunities. These sessions remain central to Cargo Connections’ mission of fostering collaboration and expanding members’ global reach.

“Our first conference in the network—superb organisation and friendly atmosphere!” said Chalaka Yamithra Siriwardena, CL Synergy (UK).
