HNA Group has completed its acquisition of Swissport from PAI Partners, making the Swiss handling agent a stand-alone business in HNA.

HNA Group president, Adam Tan says: “We welcome Swissport’s customers and employees into partnership with the HNA Group … It complements HNA’s existing activities including aviation, airport management, logistics, tourism, real estate and financial services.”
