French transport and logistics company Heppner has picked Sebastien Delmotte as overseas network director.

In his role, Delmotte will be in charge of relations with all partners, optimising the network’s global coverage and identifying trade synergies for products and procurement.

The overseas service covers air freight, sea freight and customs, based on a network of independent partners in their markets.

Delmotte began his career in 1996 working for various freight forwarders, and joined Heppner in 2013 as head of overseas, based in Lille, France.

Commenting on his new role, Delmotte says: “International trade is in Heppner’s DNA. The group intends to step up its expansion in France and internationally through the Overseas network by rolling out exceptional global coverage. We rely on selected partners who share our vision of the business: operational excellence and customer service.”
