Turkish Cargo to launch Sheremetyevo flights

Turkish Cargo will add Moscow’s Sheremetyevo Airport to its freighter network, with weekly flights from Istanbul starting on Wednesday 12 June.

Located 30 kilometres from Moscow, the area is the main import and export centre in Russia.

Exports will include automotive accessories and raw oil materials originating from Russia, as well as imports of textiles, electronics and vegetables to be sent to Russia.

The Airbus A330-200 Freighter flight, TK6251 will leave Istanbul at 08.00h, arriving in Moscow at 10.50h.

The return flight, TK6252 will leave Moscow at 12.50h, landing back in Istanbul at 15.55h.
